Steps to make Broccoli soup:

  1. Cuts carrot and capsicum in small pieces. Half Broccoli cuts into small pieces and other half just roughly cuts to boil it. Boiled half that broccoli after washing well with 2 cups of water for 3-4 mins. Dont throw that boiling water use it as stock for later. That boiled Broccoli blend it later with stock after cool down.
  2. In a kadai, heat olive oil, then saute ginger garlic into it for 2 mins, followed by add all vegetables. Saute it also for 4-5 mins in low flame. Add vegetable stock and keep it boil in high flame with lid. Cook it till vegetables are done almost 80 percent.
  3. Then add broccoli paste with stock into it. Boiled it again for 3-4 mins. Add rest of ingredients in this point except coriander and cook another 5 mins. Atlast add coriander and switch off flame. Close the lid and keep for standing for 2 more minutes before standing. Served hot..
  4. Note: Adjust seasoning, salt, pepper, sour agent. You can add fresh lime juice in serving bowl directly for more flavour.
