- First take a shallow pan put butter when it starts melting add bay leaves laung badi elaichi and cinnamon powder
- Fry it for 1 min than add chopped garlic saute it and add onions and chicken (washed)together
- Saute them for 10 minutes at medium flame…now add tomatoes salt degi mirch garam masala and mix it properly
- After 5 minutes add chicken masala to it and mix..
- Now cover it with lid at sim flame for 10 minutes..
- After that add cream in it and mix it properly again cover it with lid for 20 minutes…just mix again again in between…
- After 20 min switch off the gas and add coriander and mix it properly…
- Serve hot
