  1. Simply:first take lose bottom pan place puff pastry evenly on pan set eddegs properly and then cut eddges which are coming out from the pan.
  2. Then take a bowl mix apples +cinommon+ brown sugar and set a side
  3. Now cut the strips of puff pastry length wise with the help of scale / ruller
  4. Essebling
  5. On the puff pastry pan first spread jam evenly.
  6. Then place apples in round shape across all the pan in circle motion.
  7. Now it’s turn of strips of puff pastry just place that strip also all around the apple line.
  8. Again repeett same thing until it comes in the mid off pan.
  9. Just egg wash if u want colour shine,,if not just leave it.
  10. And bake it in preheated oven at 180 for 20_25 depends on oven temp
