  1. Get 1 beef roasting joint (less than 1kg)

Instructions to make Pot Roast:

  1. Prepare and mix marinade ingredients. Taste and adjust seasonings to your liking.
  2. Add beef to marinade, cover all parts then sear on both sides in slow cooker.
  3. Add veg to remaining marinade in same bowl, mix then add to slow cooker. Add remaining ingredients and allow to cook on high for 2 hours, flip it then cook on low for 2-4 more hours.
