- Get 1 1/2 lb skinless boneless chicken breasts, cubed

Instructions to make Orange Chicken:
- Mix together cornstarch & soy sauce. Add chicken and stir well. Marinate for 10 minutes.
- Mix together the orange juice, red pepper flakes, garlic and BBQ sauce. This is your orange sauce.
- Heat the oil in a large skillet on med high.
- Remove the chicken from marinade with a slotted spoon and carefully add to the skillet. Cook on med high heat for 7-8 minutes or until cooked through.
- Add the orange sauce and mix well, coating all the chicken, cook for 20 minutes, Stirring constantly until sauce is thick.
- Serve with steamed or fried rice. Enjoy!
