- Then peel off the skin and grate them. Now take a pan, add 1 tbsp of ghee and then add the grated sweet potato and toast them for 2 minutes and then add boil milk in it with few saffron strands.
- Now cook it until milk reduces half its quantity. Now add sugar and rose essence and cardamom powder and cook it for another 2-3 minutes.
- Now fry the nuts in a ghee for 30 seconds and add in a kheer and mix it well.
