  1. Take 1 (14 oz) can Sweetened Condensed Milk
  2. Take 1 (12 oz) can Evaporated Milk
  3. Take 1 (12 oz) can Milk (use same can as evaporated milk)

  5. Take 3 Tsp Vanilla
  6. Prepare 3 Cups Sugar

Steps to make Flan:

  1. Med-High heat 3 Cups of sugar til caramelized. Pour in pan and swirl along sides. I used 10x 3 pan. (But it can be made in 2 height pan)
  2. Mix the rest of the ingredients. (Condensed, evap, milk, eggs, vanilla)
  3. Bake 1 hour at 320°
  4. Remove from bath, cool down, place in fridge overnight. Following day Flip on to a platter and serve. Voila
