  1. Pressure cook sweet potato with skin(whole) in little water for 3 whistles. Peel and grated it in mixing bowl.
  2. Add green chillies ginger paste, grated coconut, chopped coriander leaves, salt, lemon juice,corn flour to boiled & grated sweet potato. Mix well.
  3. Make 8 equal portions round balls from prepared sweet potato mixture.
  4. Deep fry in hot oil on medium- low flame till crispy golden brown.
  5. Serve/ Relish Delicious Hot Sweet Potato Pops with mint coriander chutney & tomato sauce.
