- Get 1 Nonstick Wok with lid for steaming water
- Get 1 plate for spreading rice

- In a medium bowl, add all thr ingredients except rice and water.
- Let the mix marinate for 10 minutes.
- Line the Bamboo Basket with Banana Leaf and set aside.
- Heat 800 ml water in wok till it bubbles. Keep it covered with lid.
- Roll out 8 equal pieces of the chicken mix.
