  15. Make ready 3-4 Green chillies
  16. Get Garnish: 2 cups Birista (crispy fried onions and chopped Coriander leaves)

  1. In a big pot put 1/2 cup oil and fry onions till browned up add tomatoes and spices make a paste like add blended wheat, daal rice mixture, meat, tomato puree, 3 cups water and cook, keep on stirring add lemon juice and sprinkle garam masala.
  2. Cook till it’s sticky consistency and meat shredded well.
  3. While serving garnish with birista and coriander leaves and red hot chutney.
