- Soak dry peas overnight or at least six hours
- Cook mutter in a pressure cook with 2-3 glass of water and salt till three whistles and then keep the flame low and cook for fifteen minutes more.
- Put a kadai on flame add one teaspoon deshi ghee and put chopped ginger, green chillies and cumin seeds and add mutter, saute it and add Amchur powder, red chilli, lemon and coriander leaves, mix it well garnish it with chopped onion and coriander leaves and serve it with hot naan or kulcha. You can have only mutter chat also.
