- For channe…add3/4cup of oil in pot fry the onions n garlic cloves….then add tomatoes n green chillies…add salt..Red chilli pwd…turmeric pwd… cumin pwd… coriander pad n let it cook for 5 mins…when tomatoes become soft just blend the whole gravy with some boiled chickpeas n boiled potatoe….n after that add this batter in the pot again but save some of the oil In another bowl for later use…nw start cooking it again in the same oil n nw add the boiled chickpeas with its water….
- Take the water of chickpeas….nw let it boil for 5 mins…finally add in some julian ginger n green chilies n garam masala for tawa naan…mix all the ingredients together n make a soft dough n give it a rest for at least an hr…after that small balls n make quite thick roti n on one side spray it with water n put the wet side of roti on the tawa. Tawa should not be very hot…when one side is cooked for abt 20 sec on medium flame then turn the tawa on the flame….once ot turns light brown..
