- Make a batter with slightly roasted semolina along with water curd
- Add boiled quinoa to this batter mix well. Adjust the consistency by adding little water at a time.
- Let it rest for 5-10 minutes.
- After that season it with salt kitchen king masala (if u dont have this handy you can use pav bhaji masala or just red chilli powder garam masala)
- Add finely chopped veggies to it give it a good mix. Lastly add eno/baking soda for instant fermentation.
- Heat up the appe/paniyaram pan with little oil mustard seeds.
