  2. Get water to knead

  4. Heat the tawa on medium low flame. Flip it twice on your palms and put it on the tawa. Keep the flame on medium high.
  5. Let the colour change and a few bubbles appear, about 1 minute and flip it.
  6. Now after 30 seconds rotate the bread on tawa and then keep it direct on flame to fluff.
  7. Flip and keep the other side on direct flame for 10 sec. Remove it and keep in a kitchen cloth to keep it soft and hot.
  8. Serve with any gravy dish and enjoy.
