- beat eggs with half and half. add salt pepper dill and hot sauce, and whatever seasonings wanted
- layer pie pan with swiss first, spinach, ham, more cheese- will mix when egg solution added
- add egg solution, stir to mix/ even out
- add another layer of cheese (mild), and more ingredients as desired, cheese on top
- bake 350 for 45min.
- if desired, add more cheese (mild e.g. mozzarella) and put in until melted
