  3. Make your vanilla, cinnamon, butter and sugar mixture. Set aside for after cooking
  4. Place the empanadas in hot oil to fry. Fry for 45 seconds until golden brown once golden take out sprinkle with sugar,cinnamon and vanilla mixture while still hot. Place in 350 degree oven for a few minutes
  5. Garnish with mint and powder sugar
