  1. Cut and peel the orange and remove the pulp. and juice in a small food processor or blender.
  2. Wash and soak quinoa in water for 3 to 4 hour - Add saffron in to the milk for 1/2 an hour
  3. Drain the water and add the quinoa and 1 tbsp ghee in a pan and add quinoa sauté it than add 4cup water cook for 20 minutes. Than add orange juice
  4. Heat ghee in a non stick pan. Add mix dry fruits sauté it for 1/2 to 1 minuet than Add the quinoas day orange mixture and add orange purée stir it continuously Than add saffron soaked milk than.
  5. When you see the crumbled mixture is nicely cooked and than add 1 teaspoon ghee,condensed milk and cardamom powder than cover the lid for 2 minutes in low medium heat. Than Mix well and and the mixture will start to loosen a little.ghee aside
  6. Put off the flame and garnish it with finely sliced almonds,pistachio slices walnuts with chocolate sauce.Served immediately
