- Soak dry peas overnight or at least six hours

- Put a kadai on flame add one teaspoon deshi ghee and put chopped ginger, green chillies and cumin seeds and add mutter, saute it and add Amchur powder, red chilli, lemon and coriander leaves, mix it well garnish it with chopped onion and coriander leaves and serve it with hot naan or kulcha.
