- Then pre -heat the Pan on high flame then add ghee, cumin seeds, bay leaves, cardamon, Cimamon cloves and black cardamon into it for one min.
- After one minute add onion and mix well add palak puree, turmeric powder, Red chilli powder and mix well then cooked for 2-8 min.
- After 8 minutes add washed rice mix well and roast with palak masala add 3 cup water and salt to taste and sugar.
- Then transfer it into the cooker on high flame then switch off the stove after first whistle.
- Then rest it for half hour then serve it.
