  1. For nihari masala:grind all together finely.Put in an airtight bottle and use accordingly.
  2. For nihari heat oil and fry ginger garlic paste.
  3. Add in meat pieces along with chilli powder,salt and prepared nihari masala.
  4. Roast well by sprinkle little water.
  5. Add water and cook.
  6. Sieve the flour then add water and make paste.
  7. Now add this paste in meat and stir continuously.
  8. Cover and again let it cook on very low flame for atleast 2-3 hours.
  9. Serve with finely sliced ginger, chopped green chillies, lemon and naan.
