- Chicken Marination: Add all the marination ingredients in the chicken and let it marinate for 30 to 45 minutes.
- Add 3 Tablespoons of butter in a pan and add marinated chicken. Let it cook until chicken is done. Set aside for later use.
- Add Chicken gravy ingredients in a pan except spices and cook for 5 to 6 minutes. Then add all the spices and again cook for 5 to 6 minutes.
- Add water in the gravy as required. Cover and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Add milk and cream in the gravy. Mix it well. Add cooked chicken. Cook until gravy gets thick.
- Garnish it with qasoori methi, green chilies and coriander leaves.
