- For the Potato and pea Filling: - in a pan add oil, cumin seeds, green chillies, mashed potatoes, garam masala powder, turmeric powder, salt, cooked peas, red chilli powder and combine well till it’s cooked. And transfer to a boil and keep aside.
- For the Chickpeas Masala: - In a pan add oil, finely chopped onions, salt, and pepper for seasoning stir fry. and add tomatoes, and the chick peas and saute. Transfer to a bowl and keep aside.
