  2. Chop the potatoes
  3. Peel and chop the carrots
  4. Heat oil and cube the chicken
  5. Add the cubed chicken to the hot oil
  6. Add celery salt, garlic and pepper to the chicken and sauté till no longer pink
  7. When no longer pink remove chicken from the liquids add to a hot oven safe dish. And continue on low heat.

  9. Add the potatoes and carrots to the liquids and simmer
