  6. Reset the oven to 180C. Pan fry the until crisp. Scatter into base of the baked shell.
  7. Whisk together the eggs and egg yolks,milk and cream season with salt and pepper.
  8. Pour over the mixture on top of the crispy . Place shell back into oven and bake for 40-45 minutes until golden brown and set.
