- Make ready 4 tbsp chopped cashews
- Get 1/2 cup water
- Make ready 1/2 cup cream
- Make ready 1 teaspoon Garam masala
- Take 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
- Make ready 1 tbsp coriander powder
- Get 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
- Take 1 inch ginger juliened
- Get 3 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
- Take 1/4 teaspoon crushed Kasuri methi
- Prepare 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Steps to make Paneer Tikka Masala:
- In a bowl, whisk well all the ingredients mentioned under Marination section
- Add cubed onions, tomatoes, capsicum and paneer
- Marinate and keep it aside for 1 hour
- Soak cashews in warm water for 30 minutes. Drain excess water. Grind tomatoes and cashews to form smooth puree
- Insert Paneer, veggies to skewers. Grill in greased grill pan. Cook for 2 minutes on each side
- Place the cooked paneer and veggies aside
- Heat oil in a pan and splutter cumin seeds
- Add onions and saute until browned
- Add ginger garlic paste and saute until raw aroma disappear
- Add green chillies, spice powders, salt and 1/2 teaspoon Garam masala. Mix well
- Add ground puree and cook until oil starts leaving the sides
- Add water and cream. Mix well. Simmer and cook for a minute
- Add Paneer and veggies. Gently Mix well
- Add remaining garam masala, kasuri methi, lemon juice and mix. Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot
