- Make ready 1 tsp Coriander powder
- Get 1/4 cup Liquid milk
- Make ready 1/2 tsp Kasuri methi powder
- Get 1/2 cup Fresh cream
- Take Salt - As required
- Prepare 4 tbsp Refined oil
- Prepare 1 tbsp Butter
Instructions to make Paneer Tikka Masala:-:
- Combine the all ingredients for the marinate and whisk well.
- Add paneer cubes, onion cubes, tomato cubes and capsicum cubes
- Keep aside for 1 hour.
- Thread the marinated paneer, onion, tomato, capsicum cubes onto skewers.
- Heat oil on a tawa and place the skewers on it.
- Fry until both the sides are brown. - Heat oil in a pan.
- Add chopped onion and saute till browned.
- Add chopped tomato till it becomes tender and pulpy.
- Add garlic paste, cashew paste, salt, Cumin-coriander-red chilli powder, cook till the oil separates.
- Add kasuri methi powder, garam masala, milk and cream and cook for sometime.
- Add paneer-onion-tomato-capsicum cubes and stir gently.
- Add butter before serving.
