  20. Take 1 tsp Garlic paste
  21. Get 1 tsp Red chilli powder
  22. Prepare 1 tsp Cumin powder
  23. Make ready 1 tsp Coriander powder
  24. Get 1/4 cup Liquid milk
  25. Make ready 1/2 tsp Kasuri methi powder
  26. Get 1/2 cup Fresh cream
  27. Take Salt - As required
  28. Prepare 4 tbsp Refined oil
  29. Prepare 1 tbsp Butter

Instructions to make Paneer Tikka Masala:-:

  1. Combine the all ingredients for the marinate and whisk well.
  2. Add paneer cubes, onion cubes, tomato cubes and capsicum cubes
  3. Keep aside for 1 hour.
  4. Thread the marinated paneer, onion, tomato, capsicum cubes onto skewers.
  5. Heat oil on a tawa and place the skewers on it.
  6. Fry until both the sides are brown. - Heat oil in a pan.
  7. Add chopped onion and saute till browned.
  8. Add chopped tomato till it becomes tender and pulpy.
  9. Add garlic paste, cashew paste, salt, Cumin-coriander-red chilli powder, cook till the oil separates.
  10. Add kasuri methi powder, garam masala, milk and cream and cook for sometime.
  11. Add paneer-onion-tomato-capsicum cubes and stir gently.
  12. Add butter before serving.
