- Wash brain, drain and keep.
- In a deep pan, add 2 tbsp oil put brain, chilli powder, turmeric powder, sliced onion, tomato, add 1/2 cup water, salt and cook in medium flame for 15 min and let it cool.
- Beat the egg, add ginger garlic paste, fennel powder, cumin powder, crushed pepper, beat until well combined.
- Now mash the brain with gravy with a wooden spoon, add with egg masala, mix well.
- In a pan heat 3tbs oil, and pour the brain egg mixture, stir in medium flame until scrambled.
- Serve with toasted bread.
