Steps to make Paneer Tikka Masala:
- To make Grilled Paneer-
- In big bowl add Paneer cubes
- In paneer cubes bowl add salt to taste
- Add Coriander seeds powder
- Add Cumin seeds powder
- Add Red chilli powder
- Toss the Paneer cubes in bowl well carefully
- Once paneer get tossed
- With the help of skewer stick grill the paneer cubes in low flame till golden or dark brown colour
- Now smoked paneer cubes are ready.
- To make Tikka Masala :
- In heat Pan or Handi or Kadhai add oil and butter
- Add chopped Onions, salt, ginger & Garlic paste, bay leaves andsoute them well till golden colour
- Add Coriander leaves, Sugar mix it well
- Let the masala simmer till 5 - 7 minutes
- Add some water as require and again let the masala simmer till 10 -12 Minutes.
- Finally add smoked Paneer Cubes in the masala
- Garnish with some chopped Coriander or any other styles
