The ingredients needed to make Meringue:

  1. Take Large eggwhites
  2. Get sugar
  3. Get Mango essence

Instructions to make Meringue:

  1. Preheat Oven to 90°c
  2. Ensure your Bowl and whisk attachment are Clean with no grease so as to get a floffy meringue
  3. In your Bowl put your eggwhites and whisk at a low speed untill bubble starts forming then increase the spread untill soft peaks start forming
  4. Add your sugar one spoon at a time and add the orange essence
  5. Whisk untill you get stiff peaks
  6. Using a piping bang pipet the meringue on your Baking tin and put in the oven at 90°C for 45 minutes
  7. Can be used for cake decorating
