- Firstly grab all ingredients wash & diced all vegetables now take a pan add in oil pop in diced onions with chopped garlic sauté for a minute
- Now add in tomatoes,carrots,peas,corns sauté all of them for around 3 minutes don’t soften them let the crunch be there further add in,salt,black pepper powder,Ching’s masala pack,1/2 teaspoon sugar it helps to enhance all flavours.
- Mix everything well now pop in the cooked basmati rice if anyone of you don’t have cooked rice can add this point while we add vegetables we will add the water accordingly to the rice then cook the rice in this pot with all vegetables I have cooked in lunch so I have used them in Making this recipe while we mix rice & veggies it’s ready
