Set this aside. Heat up vegetable oil in a pot. Saute half of the diced onion and garlic paste for 3 minutes. Add the washed rice and toast by stirring continuously for about 5 minutes. Add curry, thyme and fried rice seasoning to the rice.
  2. Add the chicken stock seasoning and water to cook the rice until soft (not overcooked). Set this aside.
  3. Place a pan or wok on medium heat. Saute the remaining onion and garlic paste. Add the peppers and stir. Add the marinated veggies and diced sausage. Stir fry for about 5 minutes. Add the cooked rice and fried beef.
