Instructions to make Chicken Shashilk & Fried Rice:
- Carrots, Capsicum, cabbage cutt in pieces
- Add yellow colour in eggs, now in pan add cooking oil then add 1 tbs garlic paste, colored egg & keep stirring
- Now add all cutted vegetables & fry it for 3 minutes. Now add boiled rice, soy sauce, vinegar, 1 tbs black pepper, salt as taste, & stir for 3 minutes
- Now cover it on low flame for 10 minutes. Garnish it with green onions leaves.
- Chicken shashilk: take cube chicken in bowl, add 1 egg white, 2 tbs cornflour & mix it well.
- Add oil in pan, add 1 tbs garlic fry for while, then add chicken fry it for 5 minutes. add white onion, carrots, Capsicum & fry for 3 minutes
- Now Add half cup water, cornflour mixed water, chilli garlic sauce, 1 tbs Soy sauce, 1 tbs vinegar, 1/2 tbs sugar, 1/2 tbs salt. Cook for 3 minutes. Garnish it with green onions leaves.
