The ingredients needed to make Fried Rice:

  1. Prepare 2 cups Boiled rice
  2. Make ready 1/2 cup Oil
  3. Make ready 2 Eggs
  4. Make ready Oil for fry egg
  5. Take 1/2 cup finely chopped gajjar
  6. Take 1/2 cup finely chopped shimla mirch
  7. Get 1 cup finely chopped bandh Gobhi
  8. Get 1/2 cup boiled matar (optioal)
  9. Make ready 1/2 cup Hara pyaz
  10. Get Spices
  11. Take 1 tsp Ginger paste
  12. Take 1 tsp Garlic paste
  13. Get 1 tbs Black pepper
  14. Take 1 tbs White pepper
  15. Prepare 1 tsp Zeera
  16. Prepare 1 tbs Soy sauce
  17. Take 1-2 tbs Chilli sauce
  18. Get 1-2 tsp Vinegar
  19. Prepare to taste Salt
  20. Get 1 tsp Chicken powered
  21. Prepare 1 cube Chicken

Steps to make Fried Rice:

  1. Heat oil and add ginger and garlic paste. Stir it well
  2. Add chicken cube mix it well so that it melts completely. Now add all the vegetables and cover and cook it for 7-10 mins so that vegetables goes tender and soft.
  3. Meanwhile in another pan heat oil and fry the beaten eggs (add a pinch of salt and black pepper) and crush it into small pieces and set aside.
  4. Now add all the spices to the vegetables i.e. black pepper, white pepper, zeera, chicken powder, salt. Add little water if needed.
  5. Masala dal ke 2-3 mins Achi tarah bhoon lein ke masala pak jaey.
  6. Now add boiled rice to the vegetables and add soy sauce, chilli sauce, vinegar and fried eggs and hara pyaz.
  7. Ab rice ko achi tarah mix karain or 2-3 min tak dum pe chor dain. Fried rice is ready. Serve it with chicken Manchurian or have it as it is🙂
  8. Tip: Always add soy sauce and chilli sauce after adding rice. Is se apke masale aur rice ka color kharab ni hoga.
