The ingredients needed to make Crepes:
- Take 1 cup / 130 gr all purpose flour
- Take 2 tbsp / 25 gr white sugar
- Get Pinch salt

Instructions to make Crepes:
- Mix the dry ingredients together in a bowl, sift the flour and add sugar and salt. Set aside.

- Place one laddle of batter into the pan, swirl it around, so it will be thin crepes. Let it cook for 2 - 3 minutes and turn another side, cook for another 2 minutes
- Remove it out and finish the batter.
- You may serve the crepes with orange compote, apple compote or cream cheese.
