- Get 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- Get 3 Garlic chopped
- Take 1 tsp Black pepper
- Make ready 2 tbsp Cornflour to make slurry in water
Instructions to make Chilli chicken and veg fried rice:
- FRY the Marinated chicken deep fry untill cooked
- Now prepare sauce take red chilli dry, chopped garlic saute it i a pan in oil.
- Put soy sauce, red chilli sauce, vinegar, an black pepper and the cooked chicken give a good toss and cook it
- Add the cornflour slurry to make the sauce thickened check out the salt, add if needed.
- For fried rice : boil the rice and cook it keep ready
- In a walk take oil, chopped garlic and green chilli to the pot and saute it
- Add onion, carrots, capsicum sliced into the walk on high flame for 2 mins.
- Put soy sauce 1tbsp vinegar 2tbp, red chilli auce 2tbsp black pepper powder salt if needed and add the boiled rice mix it well
- Sprinkle the chopped spring onion andcook for 5 min on low flame untill rice is cooked to it’s perfection.
