- Prepare 2 eggs

- Boil water with 2 pinches of salt in a sufuria.
- Peel onions, wash them together with tomatoes. Dice them into big pieces.
- Once the water has boiled, slowly add your maize flour and kneed into a solid in medium heat. Reduce the heat and leave the ugali to bake slowly.
- Break two eggs in a cup. Add some salt and black pepper. Put a little of the chopped tomatoes.
- Remove the ugali from the fire and set aside. Place a clean pot on the fire and heat it a little.
- Increase the heat to medium, add 4tbsp of oil and leave it to heat up. Put your onions and stir continuously until they become translucent.
- Add a royco cube and stir for 1 minute before adding the tomatoes.
- Cook the tomatoes in low heat until they become mushy or paste-like. Then add your pre-boiled greens and sugar. Stir until they mix evenly. Leave to cook for 6 minutes. You can do the dishes as the greens cook.
- Once the greens are ready, heat a pan with 3 tsp of oil. Once hot, add your eggs mixture and mix with a folk till they are golden brown.
- Serve everything in a plate and put your feet on the table.
