- Take a pot put chicken + ginger garlic paste + salt + water + peas + french bean and cook sometime then add carrot and cook till peas and chicken is done and strain it and keep the strained water aside.
- Remove chicken from veggies and shred it.
- Now take a pan melt the butter and add maida saute for 2 minutes then add milk and mix well then add salt and pepper and strained water stir continuously till it becomes thick.
- Take a big bowl put chicken add chilli flakes + veggies + coriander leaves + spring onions + green chillies + thick white sauce and mash and mix it properly.
- Now take mixture shape them and make kababs.
- First coat in maida then deep in beaten egg then coat with vermicelli.you can also freeze them in air tight container for upto 2 weeks.
- Heat oil put kababs and fry untill golden brown.
