- Take 400 g Beef Mince

- Start off by chopping and dicing the celery, onion and carrots and putting them into a frying pan

- For the glaze, get a saucepan and put 1/2 a cup of tomato sauce along with the vinegar, the sugar, 1tbsp of mustard and finally 1tbsp of garlic powder.

- Now take the pans to the hob and put a medium heat for both, you want to lightly fry the vegetables and mix together the glaze and bring to a light simmer. Once the vegetables have softened and onions have gone translucent take off the heat to cool down. When the glaze has started lightly bubbling take that off the heat also to let cool down.

- While the veg is cooling down we can work on the meat. Start off by dicing half the and putting it into a bowl along with the minced and minced beef then get your hands in there to combine it all together.

- Now the meats all together add the breadcrumbs, double cream, 1tbsp garlic powder, the salt, the pepper, 2tbsp mustard, an egg, and the cooled vegetables once theyve stopped steaming then knead all that goodness in until fully combined.

- At this point, you want to preheat your oven to 200 and get a lined baking tray and your cooled down glaze. Also, get some oil, any oil will do and lightly oil the baking tray spreading it with your hands, then plop the meat onto the tray and shape into a loaf.
