  2. Fry ends, set aside.
  3. Cubed smoked sausage and brown.
  4. Add onion , celery & peppers. Cook til soft.
  5. Add turkey and to smoked sausage mixture.
  6. Combine all remaining ingredients in a large pot with meat mixture.
  7. Heat til boiling. Cover and simmer 25-30 min. Until rice is tender.
