  1. Wash, dry & cut okra/ bhindi in 1 inch pieces or as you want. Heat oil in a wok. add cumin seeds and let it splutter for a sec.
  2. Add onion let it fry till translucent. add tomato and fry till tomatoes are properly cooked. add green chilli and mix.
  3. Add okra/ bhindi and fry on medium high for 5-6 mins stirring in between. add salt, red chilli powder and coriander powder. mix well.
  4. Cover and cook till properly cooked. stir in between. add a splash of water, cover and cook again till done.
  5. Serve hot.
