- Take 1/2 pc banana (I froze mine)
- Take 1 tbsp peanut butter
- Prepare 3 tbsp instant oatmeal

- Add everything in the blender
- Do not repeat my mistake by putting the peanut butter on the side of the bottle 🤣 but yes I put around that much
- Last, as usual, add in the whey powder. My protein powder for the moment is matcha flavoured, so I’ve been doing some experiments for which flavour combination is best to use with it.
- Blend this beauty nice and smooth. If you like it thicker you can add more banana instead of reducing the water 😉
