  8. smother that beautiful steak (mustard side) with the breadcb/Parmesan mixture. pat it down nice and firm
  9. slide it into the broiler for a couple minutes. or until nice and brown
  10. take it out and LET IT REST!! Give it 3 minutes. Now you can eat.
