  1. Take nuts and dates, wash dates and chop all nicely. Take all-purpose flour, add pinch of salt, oil, water and knead into nice dough.
  2. Roll it and cut equal size square from it. brush it with milk.
  3. Add dryfruits stuffing to it. cover and seal it nicely.
  4. Add 1 tbsp sugar to boiling water and add ravioli to it. Cook it until done. You can toss it in 1 tsp butter, or fry it too.. I preferred boiling method.
  5. Wash and chop strawberry. Grind to to paste.
  6. In a pan add strawberry, one tbsp sugar and butter. Cook until sauce is semi thick in consistency.
  7. Strain sauce, plate ravioli in a dish. Add sauce to it. Sprinkle some chilli flakes to cut the sweetness..
