- Take 4 Bread slices
- Take 4 tbsp Butter
- Prepare 2 tbsp (broken) Cashew nuts

- Caramelize the half cup sugar with 1 tsp water in a hot pan.stir it till sugar turn brown, then add broken cashewnuts. Stir it 2 mins. Remove from heat. Transfer it into a butter paper. Cool it and crush it.
- Make Butterscotch sauce. Caramelise the remaining half cup sugar with 1 tbsp water. Stir it till the sugar melts and turn brown. Then add butter, stir it well till butter melts. Add half cup fresh cream. Stir it on low heat 5 min till it becomes sauce consistency.
- Spread butterscotch sauce on each bread slices. Place it on the buttered pudding mould. Keep it aside.
- Beat the whipping cream till peaks and fluffy then add 2 tbsp butterscotch sauce and whisk it.
- Transfer it on the bread slices then crushed caramelise nuts.
- Decorate it with Butterscotch sauce. Refrigerate it for15min.
