The ingredients needed to make Paella:
- Make ready 150 g chorizo
- Take 6 chicken thighs (boned & skinless)
- Make ready 200 g raw king prawns
- Prepare 1 whole red onion
- Get 1 large garlic clove
- Get 250 g paella rice
- Get 1 ltr chicken stock
- Prepare 1 cup frozen peas
- Take 1 heaped tsp of turmeric

Instructions to make Paella:
- Chop chorizo, onion, garlic, chilli and chicken and add to large frying pan. Lightly fry
- Add prawns, turmeric, paprika and peppers. Stir for a couple minutes
- Mix in the rice and peas
- Pour in chicken stock and cover for 20 mins. No need to stir
- After 20 mins remove lid and simmer for a couple of mins to make sure the liquid has all condensed
