- I used chicken tandoori & shred it. We can marinate chicken with ginger garlic paste, curd, salt, chicken tandoori masala, red food colour, cook fr 5 mnt & roast it
- In a mixi add onion, tomato, cashew, make a fine paste.
- Heat oil & butter in a pan add onion paste & cook fr 5 mnt
- Add red chilli powder, cummin powder,tomato ketchup, soya sauce, vinegar, red food colour mix well
- Add shredded chicken & a 1/2cup of water stir well,cook fr 5 to 6 mnt. Add cream too
- Lastly add kasuri methi,butter & give koyla bagaar. Serve hot wth tandoori roti or naan🙂
