- Cut beef into cubes, add some water and let it cook until tender.
- When the water is just about to dry up put in Salt, chopped garlic and onion, mix and cover the lid until the water dries up.
- Pour in cooking oil and continue stirring until the onions are golden brown.
- Add in the tomatoes and all the spices,mix and let them cook until they are tender.
- Add in some water to get some soup let it boil for a few minutes and serve.
- Spaghetti boil water atleast 1/2 the pot with salt then add in your spaghetti and let it cook for 10 minutes. Drain off the excess water and run cold water through the spaghetti.
- In a pan heat blueband.
- Dice spring onions (I only used the green part) and capsicum and add to the pan.
- Add in thyme leaves and let them cook for a minute.
- You can now add in your boiled spaghetti and mix everything together. Keep on stiring for about 5 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy your meal with a cold drink😋 😋.
