- Prepare 6 onions(finely chopped)
- Prepare 6 garlic(minced)

- Add the onions and garlic to the oil and cook them till brown. Add the finely chopped chillies if desired
- Add the cooled chicken wings to the browned onions and garlic and keep stirring. Turn them upside down till both sides are brown
- Add salt to taste
- Add the soy sauce and the honey to sweeten the chicken wings. Keep stirring for about 10 mins till ready
- Serve hot on a plate and sprinkle the coriander leaves to garnish
- Can be served accompanied with French fries, potato wedges or any other starch as desired
