  3. Prepare Oats,eggs,oil for frying

  1. Wash and strain ur wings,then set a side
  2. In a bowl add 7-8tablespoonful of bread cbs a little bit of seasoning
  3. Crack 2-3 eggs in a bowl beat the eggs and add the crushed onion,black paper,crushed cloves and pounded garlic beat again
  4. Then pour some oats(quick cooking oats)coat the wings in the eggs and then in the oats until coated with the oats completely then again in the egg’s mixture.
  5. In a frying pan add oil and let heat until perfect for deep frying fry in a very low heat to let the wings cook
  6. NOTE:if u turn high temperature the outer side will fry leaving the inner side uncooked so very low heat iz required to cook and fry the wings.
