- You can make your own polenta but it’s so much easier just to buy ready made polenta. One pack of 500g will be enough for 2-3 people.
- Preheat the oven to 180c.
- Cut the polenta into slices and about half a centimetre each slice.
- Lay the slices in an ovenproof dish, overlap if necessary.
- Pour the Bolognese sauce over the top of the slices and transfer to the oven and bake for 35-45 minutes.
- Allow to rest for 10 minutes.
- Sprinkle with parmasan cheese for serving and serve with a salad.
